Installation A/C Technical Services Inc. installs all types of ductwork including galvanized sheet metal, stainless steel, spiral pipe, and welded ducts for all uses. Equipment is installed per the manufacturer's standards to assure proper warranties. Metal Fabrication We use two methods of Metal Fabrication: Plasma Cutting and 4 Coil Capacity Coil Line  Plasma Cutting: A machine utilizes an arc to cut the metal in pieces that will be used for any fitting need. The fittings are entered into a computer, which engages the machine and produces templates made into the final product.  Four Coil Capacity Coil Line: 10,000 lb. Rolls are brought into the coil line and ran through the machine to complete the process for straight duct. Internal insulation is also applied at this time. Periodic Maintenance (PM) is a check-up inspection provided by our qualified service department. Motor and bearings are oiled or greased, filters changed, electrical connections tightened, and refrigerant levels are checked. PM's are done at different intervals throughout the year, usually every 3 months. |
